Digestion

Description: Balance your digestive system and internal tract. When our Acidophilus capsules are produced, they contain a minimum of 500 million viable lactobacillus acidophilus cells. An exclusive high vaccuum freeze-dried process is used to generate the optimal number of live cells and improve stability. Over time cells will naturally diminish in count. However, our freeze-dried acidophilus capsules offer better stability than liquid. To maintain live cell count and maximize effectiveness, refrigerate these capsules immediately after purchase and use by the expiration date.
Ingredients: Acidophilus, citrus pectin.
Additional Ingredients: Gelatin (capsules), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), whey.
Recommend: Take two or more capsules daily after meals.

Fantastic for digestive problems and IBS!

I have a very sensitive stomach and a problem with lactose intolerance. This product reduces the amount of discomfort I have after eating and I've noticed that my symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome have cleared up almost 100 percent as well.

This product is excellent at preventing cold sores!

I've tried other cold sore remedies but didn't have much luck. I have been taking acidophilus for about five months and my outbreaks have been fewer and much less severe! I can hardly believe it! I take 4 capsules a day, 2 in the morning and 2 at bedtime. I think the MotherNature.com brand is wonderful and economical as well. This product has changed my life for the better--no more worries about unsightly cold sores. I highly recommend it to anyone who suffers from the discomfort of cold sores and the like!
