Recommend

As a 100 natural laxative, when needed take 2 tablets (equals 1/2 teaspoon of orginal Swiss Kriss). With water or fruit juice before retiring. For children, one-half to one tablet according to age.

Excellent laxative--works within 24 hours

I have been plagued by constipation since the beginning of time. Swiss Kriss helps keep me regular. I try to remember to take one tab a day, but when I forget or need to I take two and within 12 to 24 hours they work. No gas; no pain; no upset...it's better than anything else out there.

This is a great natural product, which works!

I am very pleased with this natural product. I have a severe constipation problem from medications I have to take. I have tried all the products out there. (Colace, Correctol, Enemas) They were very harsh to the system and I didn't want to become dependent upon them. Now I take 2 Swiss Kriss tablets at bedtime and I have been having regular bowel movements. In addition though I do take citrucel and a stool softener daily. But I like the fact that they are all natural and I'm not using stimulants. Give it a try!
