This product has a mild nutty flavor, and I enjoy eating this right from the container by the half-teaspoon. This enables me to chew it well and enjoy it. I've also used the Manitoba Harvest Hemp Oil and enjoy drizzling it over vegetables and mashed potatoes, salads and more. Recently, I tried the Nature's Way brand of Hemp Powder, which I will not purchase again. The flavor is bland and scratchy to the throat(I only ate two small bites of it--no thank you). I WILL CONTINUE TO PURCHASE THE MANITOBA HARVEST BRAND OF HEMP POWDER FROM NOW ON! THANK YOU MANITOBA HARVEST FOR YOUR INTEGRITY AND WONDERFUL PRODUCTS!

I have used organic hemp protein for the past 6 months and to my surprise it performed miracles as far as lowering my cholesterol level. From 265 to 200 and even the doctor started to take it instead of using other lowering cholesterol drugs. It keeps my weight level down and I do not watch my diet. I was used to yoyo dieting and now I donot anymore. I can have my caviar which I adore and enjoy it too. Before I used to taste it and worry about its side effects as we all know them/ increases uric acid and bad cholesterol/ My arthritis doesn't flare anymore. Good luck and thank God for Hemp.
