I've been using this for about 2yrs now on and off. When I stopped using the spray I felt run down, tired, and had to take a nap in the middle of the day. This gives me energy like when I was 18 (now 32). I drank coffee but it was a short term solution and then I would crash. I work long hours. I'm a personal trainer so I'm up at 4am most days and go to bed late as well. I swear by this product. Try it once if you don't think it works you only spent $35. very well for me! I seemed to get hard easier and stay that way for an extended period of time. My lady friend has offered to make any future purchases for me.
