Description:
Fabulous Fiber provides fiber from three souces; fruits, vegetables and grains and may be mixed with milk or juice.
Recommendation:
Dissolve 20gm (approximately 2 level tbsps.) with about 8 ounce of milk or juice (orange, apple, pineapple, etc) in a blender, or mix by hand if you prefer. Drink within a few minutes of mixing as it will tend to thicken up if allowed to stand too long. For best results, regular use is important.
