Its 100% vegetable oil formulation lathers quickly, cleans well, and rinses out and easily, leaving you with healthy, beautiful, and clean hair. It will not strip the natural oils from your hair (there are no detergents) for this reason most people do not need a conditioner! It just smells clean.

A very versatile product

I have used this bar shampoo almost exclusively every day for several years now in all its various flavors. It does a great job of cleaning, couldn't be simpler to use, and leaves my fine, straight hair feeling silky. It's absolutely fabulous for traveling, especially for carry-on luggage (since it isn't liquid, it doesn't have go in the clear zip-lock bag). I love it!

I have been using this shampoo bar with CitreSoft Conditioner from Earth Science, and my hair is soft, smooth and shiny. My husband uses this shampoo bar too, and he brings this along with his business trip. We love this shampoo bar.

This is great shampoo - I love the bar form - it makes my hair smell and feel great - lots of body!

I am so excited to have found JR Liggett's shampoo here! I've used it for years and it really makes my hair (waist-length) smell and feel great! It gives it loads of body (my hair is very straight and fine). I would definitely recommend it!!! Also, check out his newest product "A Natural Traveler" - it's fantastic to travel with- no more spilled and sqeezed out bottles of liquid shampoo in your luggage or backpack. Also, it's great for camping when you only have a stream to wash up in 'cause it's all-natural ingredients won't hurt the environment like other shampoos - the fish could eat it! It doesn't leave a film on your hair like so many others. Myself and my family won't use anything else!
