Description: Magnesia Phosphorica (Magnesium Phosphate) is a cell salt that helps ease muscle cramping and relieves pain, especially cramping, shooting, darting spasmodic pains, or nerve pain (sciatica).

Instructions: Adults dissolve 4 tablets under tongue 4 times a day, children 2 tablets as above. In acute cases take 4 tablets every hour until relieved, or as directed by a licensed practitioner.

Additional Info: Menstrual cramps. To be used according to label indications and - or standard homeopathic indications.

Works great

My father suffers from horrible charlie horses. They used to get so bad he would wake up in tears from the pain. I sometimes suffer from muscle spasms in my calf muscles, much the same as him. Both of us take this regularly, and it's the only thing that has stopped them from happening.

i take this product for my restless leg syndrom. the neurologist i had been seeing had me taking medication that is made for parkinson's disease, this worked but caused me to have horrible nightmares and i would feel spaced out the next day. But then i found this. this remedy is great. i can sleep at night without a problem. i don't have the nightmares and no aftereffects what so ever.
