Calms 100 Tablet

Description: Calms is a homeopathic combination that soothes and quiets irritated nerves and eases edginess without sedatives, tranquilizers, side effects, or a drug hangover.

Instructions: Adults: As a relaxant: 1 to 2 tablets as needed 3 times daily, preferably before meals. In insomnia: 1 to 3 tablets 1/2 hour before retiring. Repeat if needed without danger of side effects. Children: As a relaxant: 1 tablet 3 times daily, preferably before meals. In insomnia: 1 to 2 tablets 1 hour before retiring.

Additional Info: Calms Nerve Tension, Sleeplessness. Temporary symptomatic treatment for relief of simple nervous tension and insomnia (sleeplessness). Non-habit forming.

Ingredients: Plant Extract of Passiflora 1X Triple Strength (passion flower), Avena Sativa 1X Double Strength (oat), Humulus Lupulus 1X Double Strength (hops), Chamomilla 2X (chamomile)

Better than expected!

"Everything about Calms is great! I used Calms Forte for more than 20 years, but I tried Calms recently and like it even better. I really don't know how I would live without it! Also, it works like a miracle for my boyfriend's anxiety attacks. He can feel them coming on, and Calms stops them before they take hold. Definitely a miracle pill."

Calming full nights rest

I tend to think too much on the next days coming events, and this happens when I'm comfortable in bed and ready to snooze. You know those nights, where its been an hour and your still wide awake. Well I picked this out to try because I did not like how I felt after taking over-the-counter sleep aids. This provides an easy way to slip into a sound sleep. I only need one tablet and within no time I am alseep and find myself feeling rested in the morning.

I've been using this product for over 10 years. It helped me reduce pain when having a gallbladder attack, calms my heart palpitations and helps me balance all the many stresses in my busy life. Excellent, much better than the calms forte!
