Certified organically grown and processed in accordance with the California Organic Foods Act of 1990 by Quality Assurance International. Coffees of this certification are grown traditionally, under canopies of shade and without synthetic chemical fertilizer, pesticides and herbicides.
Recommend
Grind just enough for each brewing. For automatic drip, a medium grind is best; for French press, grind coarse; espresso should be ground fine. Brew with clean, cold water. For auto-drip, start with 1 heaping tbsp. Per 6 oz. Of water and adjust to your taste. Store in an airtight container away from heat and direct sun.

I really enjoy Green Mountain's National Wildlife Decaf coffee and am so happy Mother Nature now carry's one of Green Mountain's decafs. I enjoy just a bit of decaf in the morning and regular is too much for me. This is just perfect and no chemicals! A very nice flavor and pleasant taste. Not bitter and not too wimpy either. I am SO glad Mother Nature is carrying Green Mountain now because I no longer need to pay for shipment costs since I always spend $50 or more at this site! Love having items shiped right to my door without using gasoline! Enjoy!
