- Certified organically grown and processed in accordance with the California Organic Foods Act of 1990 by Quality Assurance International. Coffee of this certification are grown traditionally, under canopies of shade and in the absence of synthetic chemical fertilizer, pesticides and herbicides.
- Recommend
- Grind just enough for each brewing. For automatic drip, a medium grind is best; for French press, grind coarse; espresso should be ground fine. Brew with clean, cold water. For auto-drip, start with 1 heaping tbsp. Per 6 oz. Of water and adjust to your taste. Store in an airtight container away from heat and direct sun.
