very best vitamin I have ever used

I'm very picky about the qualtiy of vitamins I use and didn't want a vitamin that was made by USP nutrients being cultured into food. I really wanted a food inherent vitamin - I guess that is what it's called now. This vitamin goes beyond the food-based vitamins into vitamins in their original and natural form. It was important to us to have the pyridoxal 5-phospate form of B6, which may help with carpal tunnel. Whereas the regular form of B6 is toxic to nerves. This is the real difference between First Organics, and the food-based and cultured-nutrient multivitamins. I also found that the capsules are much easier to swallow. I really appreciate that the formula itself is perfect as far as the adequate intakes and RDA's. It always bothered me that my vitamins had so many added herbs and unbalanced amounts of B vitamins (B vitamins have to be balanced or the higher amounts can cause deficiencies of the lower amounts). This vitamin is exactly what I need in the right amounts with nothing extra, which I like because why would I want someone else deciding what herbs I should take every day? Frankly, some of my vitamins used to scare me, when I would read how they were made. I don't really want aspergillus fermented plant enzymes and yeast and cultured nutrients. I've also noticed for the first time that my pee (I hope I can say that) isn't yellow after taking these vitamins. My body is absorbing them and I always feel better when I take my vitmins now. This is for me the first time I can say that, that my vitamin makes me feel better. I truly believe this is the best vitamin there is. And it's organic! It's the perfect vitamin. I love it.
