Great alternative to HRT!

I tried this product at the recommendation of a naturopath after two unsuccessful attempts to control hot flashes and perimenopausal symptoms with birth control pills and synthetic estrogens. It took about 3 weeks to bring my symptoms under control and I have been using it for 2 years. For those looking for a natural estrogen supplement I highly recommend it.

Estroven was only product to give me relief.

June of 1999, cancer was detected in my right breast. I was immediately taken off my estrogen. I, naturally, starting having the night sweats, hot flashes and the mood swings that go along with memopause. My physician recommended that I look for a natural replacement that included Soy. I tried another product which was recommened by a friend, put it didn't quite solve all my memopause problems. I happened on Estroven at Rite Aid and decided to give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised by the result. They were almost immediate, not the waiting period stated on the box. Since then, I buy only Estroven! I feel very fortunate finding this product and have recommended it to others.

Estroven really works....

I started taking Estroven a year ago after being plagued by a lot of pre menopausal symptoms--hot flashes, depression, loss of memory. Within two months, all the symptoms were gone. I went to France last summer, and ran out of Estroven, could not find anything similar there, and within about 2 weeks started getting hot flashes every night, and just feeling awful. As soon as I came home I went back to my estroven, and within about a week, all was back to normal. I highly recommend this product.

It has done everything that I had hoped it would.

Estroven has relieved my premenopausal insomnia. I have taken it for two months and in that time I have not had a sleepless night. For the past year I have had a difficult time staying asleep during the two weeks before my period, a problem I have never experienced in my life, and I am 45. My doctor had prescibed sleeping pills, but I didn't like the effects. I have also noted that my last two periods have been on time. For the past year they were very unpredictable - another problem I had never had in my pre - premenopausal years. I highly recommend this product for women in my age group.
