My husband and i just love this mask. When used cold... it elevates the worst of headaches due to migraines, heatstroke and the like. When used as a hot compress--- it relieves us of symptoms relating to allergig rhinitis and sinusitis. This paired with a rectangular gel compress on the neck is just the best relaxation aid on a hot summers day!!!
