It filters UVB rays, but also contains "avobenzone" (Parsol 1789 ®) ,the first sun block capable of filtering the full spectrum of UVA rays (responsible for skin aging and the most severe forms of skin cancer, scientists believe). It is supplemented with a potent blend of natural anti-oxidants, which include French marine extracts, ginkgo biloba and Vitamin C. Terrapin applied its 17 years of experience in creating superior quality natural skin care and sunscreen products to the very demanding requirements of the active outdoor person. We focused our attention on outdoor enthusiasts for two reasons: We like to spend our leisure time outdoors; and, if we can satisfy the most demanding customers, we can satisfy almost everybody.
