Ingredients: Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCL) 0.5mg 25%, Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin) 1.5mcg 25%, Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus) (root) 920mg, American Ginseng (Panax quinquefolius) (root) 45mg, Asian Ginseng (Panax ginseng) (root) 30mg.
Additional Ingredients: Chamomile flowers, spearmint leaves, roasted barley malt, orange peel, and luo han guo.

Great Energy!

I use this with green tea to get me going in the mornings. Combining one tea bag of ginseng energy with about 3 bags of the "honey lemon ginseng", or 3 bags of regular green tea, creates a wonderful since of positive mood and energy for me, when I drink it in the mornings! Other forms of ginseng have negative side effects for me and over stimulate me, this is the best form of ginseng I've ever tried personally. Just one bag a day makes a definite differance for me. With more than one bag a day of this tea I do see some negative side effects like over stimulation and jitteryness. This is definitely my favorite Celestial Seasonings product.

An excellent energy and mood booster

This tea not only seems to boost my energy, but also my whole mood for hours after I have a cup. Unfortunately though, like most medicinal teas that work well, the flavor of the tea is more bitter than I would like it to be.
