Instructions:

Wonderful sleep aid!

My daughter bought Sleep Formula and gave it to me. I have tried other products with valerian in it and felt as if I had a hangover the next day. I used to take 800 mg of Motrin to sleep and worried about the long-term effects of taking it every night. The first time I tried Emerita Sleep Formula I was very pleased. It is gentle and causes no adverse effects in the morning. There are some nights I don't need to take anything. My teenage daughter occasionally takes it after playing sports and it helps her to sleep. This is a great product and I thank you.
