It is gentle on sensitive skin, friendly to the environment (100% biodegradable), is not tested on animals and does not contain any animal ingredients. Aptera Olive Oil Soap is produced by the principal olive farmer"s cooperative of the Hania province on the Greek island of Crete, the same cooperative that produces Aptera Extra Virgin Olive Oil.You will also find that Aptera Olive Oil Soap lasts longer in comparison with other soaps on the market. In addition, we have found that this soap is a great all purpose cleaner for cleaning and removing grease, grime, oil, and sticky substances from all surfaces, including hands, basin, tub, tile, dishes, pots and pans, leather, wood (floors), etc. Finally, it conditions and adds shine to everything it cleans, and best of all it softens and conditions your hands while you are cleaning and doesn"t require as much elbow grease.
