Add chicken, onion and garlic, sautéing over medium heat until chicken pieces turn opaque. Add curry powder, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, chicken broth, tomato paste, stewed tomatoes and peanut butter. Heat through, but don’t boil. Serve hot.
